Who am I and what do i do?

Hello everyone.
My name is Jürgen, but most people just call me Jay.
I am a 36 year old male living in Belgium.
Long ago one of my major hobby's was drawing portraits.
Sadly, after an accident i had with my right hand, I am no longer able to sustain this talent.
For a long time i have been searching for a new way to express myself through art and have tried many things, the main one being music.
But again, that right hand caused trouble with any instrument i have tried.
Another hobby of mine has always been gaming. About 7 years ago, I was introduced to minecraft by a friend of mine that passed away almost a year ago. Thanks to her, I finally found a way to express my artistic side once again.
The past 7 years, my main focus in minecraft was learning how to build architecturally. It enabled me to learn how to do shapes like circles, ovals and triangles using cubes.
And now, I want to combine my drawing from the past with the experiences from minecraft i obtained so far.
My first step in doing so, is building pixelarts based on existing ones and slowly but surely change more and more in them as i learn the tricks of the trade to then eventually design and build my very own minecraft pixel artworks.
My friend Angelique, the friend that passed away, told me many many times that i should do something with minecraft as she saw I was able to express myself through that game. She, and a few other people, think I am good enough to show my work to others. But, I always doubted that and still do.
This is why I have started this Deviantart page. To see if other artists and strangers around the globe, agree with that.
I can't wait to see what you guys and girls think about what I am doing and hopefully you like it.
